Defective Merchandise:
Defective merchandise may be exchanged within 20 days of the sale. Our
technician will test each returned item for defects prior to any exchange.
A copy of the original sales receipt is required for exchanges. All
packaging, manuals, and other accessories provided with the product must
be returned with the defective merchandise.
After 20 days, the customer must work directly with the Manufacture under
warranty.
